Yup, that’s me!
Hi, I’m Ashley Tuppen, an artist with a lifelong passion for creating and exploring. Growing up in DeKalb, Texas, I was lucky enough to have parents who nurtured my love for art by taking me to museums from an early age (thanks, Mom and Dad!). I started my college journey undeclared—because, let’s be honest, who really knows what they want to be when they grow up?—and eventually earned my studio art degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I thought I wanted to be a teacher, but I quickly realized that being an artist is where my rebel heart truly belongs.
From a young age, I dreamed of sharing my art with the world, and thanks to the amazing people like you who support my work, that dream is slowly becoming a reality! I’m incredibly grateful for each person who takes the time to connect with my art and follow this journey with me. Whether you stumbled upon my work by chance or have been with me for a while, thank you. I hope our paths cross soon, and we can share in this adventure together.
I have always felt a deep connection to nature, which I express through my art. The beauty of the Southwest captivates me, and the rich culture surrounding it fuels my inspiration. I love visiting National Parks and camping whenever possible. My aim is to highlight the beauty of nature through my murals and contribute to the conservation of the land and wildlife we share this planet with.
